THE C3-003 CONCEPT
One Material. Many Architectural Forms.
C3-003 is not defined by a single cabinet layout or one fixed built-in shape. Its identity comes from limewash—a softly varied mineral finish that gives different architectural compositions the same calm, recognizable character.
A Distinctive Material Identity
Limewash can define the central media surface, continue across adjoining architectural elements, or appear inside display niches. Its natural tonal movement adds depth without making the wall feel visually heavy.
Storage and Display by Design
Closed cabinets provide practical storage, while open shelves and illuminated niches create space for books, artwork, and personal objects. Their size, number, and placement are adapted to the wall and the way the room is used.
Composed Around Your Space
The model may be symmetrical or asymmetrical, compact or wall-spanning. It can combine low cabinetry, tall storage, floating shelves, display niches, TV integration, and an optional fireplace in a composition designed specifically for your interior.
The result is not a standard furniture arrangement, but a custom C-Series built-in unified by the warmth and softness of limewash.
THE SIGNATURE FINISH
Limewash Is the Constant
The architecture of C3-003 can change from one project to another, but limewash remains its defining visual element. Its softly layered color and natural tonal movement give cabinetry, shelving, niches, and media components a calmer, more cohesive architectural setting.
Central Feature Surfaces
Limewash can define the primary TV wall, a projecting media volume, or the architectural surface surrounding an optional fireplace. The finish adds depth and character without the visual weight of stone or elaborate millwork.
Display Niche Backdrops
Applying limewash inside open niches creates a subtle connection between separate storage and display elements. Integrated lighting brings out the texture and gives artwork, books, and decorative objects a warmer backdrop.
Connected Architectural Elements
The finish may continue across adjoining wall sections, returns, curved corners, or selected areas behind floating shelves. This allows very different configurations to feel intentional and visually unified.
STORAGE & DISPLAY
The Functional Foundation of C3-003
While limewash gives the model its visual identity, storage and display give it purpose. Each composition is assembled from practical modules selected for the room, the available wall area, and the way the finished built-in will be used.
Closed Cabinetry
Lower cabinets, side cabinets, or full-height storage modules keep media equipment and everyday items concealed. Their dimensions, door style, color, and internal organization are selected for the individual project.
Open Shelving
Floating shelves create lighter display areas for books, artwork, and decorative objects. They may be arranged symmetrically, offset across the wall, or connected to cabinetry and architectural limewash surfaces.
Illuminated Niches
Recessed display niches add depth without making the composition feel visually heavy. Limewash can continue across their back walls, while integrated lighting highlights the finish and displayed objects.
Integrated Media Elements
TV placement, soundbar location, wiring, outlets, and component access are planned as part of the architecture. An electric fireplace can also be incorporated when it supports the intended layout and room experience.
MATERIALS & FINISHES
Materials That Support the Limewash
Limewash establishes the visual identity of C3-003. The surrounding wood, cabinetry, lighting, and integrated features are selected to reinforce its softness and connect the built-in with the rest of the interior.
Paint, Color & Limewash Direction
The limewash tone is selected around the room’s natural light, flooring, furniture, and surrounding wall colors. Warm whites, limestone tones, greige, sand, and muted earth colors can create very different expressions while preserving the model’s calm material character.
Cabinetry Materials
Painted MDF, plywood construction, and prefinished interior panels can be combined according to the cabinet configuration and project requirements. Door style, color, hardware, and internal storage are selected for the individual built-in.
Natural Wood Accents
Oak, poplar, or pine can be used for floating shelves, countertops, mantels, and other architectural accents. Wood species and stain colors are coordinated with the limewash surface and cabinetry finish.
Lighting & Electric Fireplaces
Integrated shelf and niche lighting can emphasize limewash texture and create visual depth. When a fireplace is included, its dimensions, format, and placement are coordinated with the media area and surrounding storage.
