A Clear Process From Request to Installation

PROJECT INFORMATION

What Helps Us Prepare an Accurate Initial Estimate

The more clearly we understand the wall, room, location, and design direction, the more useful the initial review will be.

You do not need professional drawings or exact field measurements. Clear photos, approximate dimensions, and a short description are usually enough to begin.

Wall Photos

Take one full photo facing the wall and one or two photos from the sides.

Try to include:

• the entire wall
• floor and ceiling
• nearby doors or windows
• outlets and existing equipment
• surrounding furniture and room layout

A wider room photo helps us understand proportions and how the media wall will relate to the rest of the space.

Approximate Measurements

Provide the wall width, wall height, and ceiling height when available.

Useful measurements include:

• total wall width
• floor-to-ceiling height
• width of the usable wall area
• nearby door or window locations
• existing niches, columns, or recesses

Approximate measurements are acceptable for the first review. Final dimensions can be confirmed later when required.

TV, Fireplace, and Storage

Tell us what you want the wall to include.

Helpful details:

• current or planned TV size
• electric fireplace preference
• soundbar location
• lower cabinets or drawers
• open shelves or display niches
• media equipment storage
• wire concealment requirements

You do not need to select a specific fireplace or cabinet configuration before submitting the request.

Inspiration and Design Direction

Upload one or two images showing the style, materials, colors, or layout you prefer.

Examples may include:

• one of our completed projects
• a model from our website
• a Pinterest or Houzz image
• a sketch or AI-generated concept
• a photo of your kitchen, flooring, or furniture

Inspiration images help us understand the direction, but they do not need to match your wall dimensions exactly.

Photos and Approximate Dimensions Are Enough to Start

We use the submitted information to confirm service availability, identify a suitable project level, and prepare an initial pricing range.

Technical measurements, final material selections, and installation details are confirmed later when the project moves forward.

For the most useful review, submit at least one clear wall photo, the project ZIP code, TV size, and a short description of what you would like to build.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Project Request FAQ

These answers explain what information is needed, how the initial review works, and what happens after you submit your project request.

Do I need exact measurements before submitting the form?

No. Approximate wall width, wall height, and ceiling height are enough for the initial review. Exact field measurements can be confirmed later when the project moves forward.

Do I need to choose a media wall series or model first?

No. You can select Not Sure Yet and describe what you would like to build. After reviewing the wall photos, dimensions, features, budget, and location, we can recommend a suitable series or custom design direction.

What photos should I upload?

Please upload at least one clear photo showing the entire wall.

When possible, also include:

  • one photo taken directly in front of the wall;

  • one or two photos from the sides;

  • the floor and ceiling;

  • nearby doors, windows, outlets, or built-in features;

  • a wider image showing the surrounding room.

Clear room photos help us understand scale, access, and how the new wall should coordinate with the interior.

Can I submit a request without inspiration images?

Yes. Inspiration images are helpful but not required. A wall photo, project ZIP code, TV size, approximate dimensions, and a short description are enough to begin the review.

Why do you ask for the project ZIP code?

The project ZIP code helps us confirm service availability, travel requirements, local installation conditions, and the appropriate project team. We currently review projects in selected areas of Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

How much does a media wall project cost?

Essential media walls generally start from approximately $3,000. Fireplace media walls often begin around $5,500, while built-in entertainment centers, high-ceiling walls, and custom architectural projects require higher or individual pricing. Final cost depends on dimensions, materials, cabinetry, fireplace size, lighting, electrical work, access, and installation complexity.

Do you provide and install the electric fireplace?

Yes. Electric fireplace selection and installation can be included in the project scope. The fireplace size and style are coordinated with the TV, wall proportions, finishes, cabinetry, shelves, and lighting.

Do you install the TV and conceal the wiring?

TV mounting and wire concealment can be included when specified in the proposal. We also review soundbar placement, media equipment, power access, HDMI routing, and future equipment access before installation.

Do you build custom cabinets and shelves?

Yes. Depending on the project, we can include lower cabinets, drawers, floating consoles, full-height cabinets, open shelving, display niches, and concealed equipment storage.

Do you work with high ceilings and two-story living rooms?

Yes. High-ceiling projects require additional planning for scale, vertical proportions, lighting, materials, access, scaffolding, and installation conditions. These projects are reviewed individually.

Do you work in new construction homes?

Yes. Many projects are completed in recently built homes with open floor plans, large family rooms, and tall walls. The media wall can be coordinated with the existing kitchen cabinetry, flooring, trim, furniture, and electrical layout.

Do you work in condos, high-rises, and gated communities?

Yes, depending on the project location and building requirements.

Some properties require:

  • contractor registration;

  • proof of insurance;

  • approved working hours;

  • elevator reservations;

  • loading access;

  • gate authorization;

  • homeowner association approval.

Please mention any known restrictions in the project description.

How quickly will I receive a response?

Complete requests are reviewed in the order received. Response time depends on current workload, project location, complexity, and whether additional information is needed. A complete submission with clear photos, ZIP code, dimensions, TV size, and project description can usually be reviewed more efficiently.

What happens after I submit the form?

We review the project information, confirm service availability, identify the likely project level, and determine whether additional details are needed.

You may then receive:

  • follow-up questions;

  • a recommended project direction;

  • a preliminary pricing range;

  • model or material suggestions;

  • the next step for consultation or proposal preparation.
