Unless separately authorized, we do not intentionally publish customer names, street addresses, recognizable faces, personal documents, license plates, access codes, security information, or other identifying details.

Further photography terms may be included in a proposal, contract, or separate authorization.

Any dispute arising solely from use of the website and not governed by a separate written project agreement may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or mandatory mediation.

A separate project agreement may contain additional dispute-related terms that apply to that specific project.

Florida law provides that a venue provision in a contract for improvement to real property involving a qualifying resident contractor or subcontractor cannot require the action to be brought outside Florida.  

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

32. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

They do not replace or modify any separate signed proposal, contract, work order, or other project agreement.
