Shiplap Fireplace Media Wall Build-Out in St. Petersburg, Tampa Bay

This project showcases a custom shiplap fireplace media wall completed in St. Petersburg, Florida (Tampa Bay Area). The goal was to create a cohesive, full-width TV media wall with fireplace, where the central structure and side walls work as one unified design.

The build combines elements from both the Shiplap Fireplace Media Wall and Fireplace Media Accent Wall, all within our Fireplace Integrated Models series.

Full Media Wall Concept

Unlike a standard centered build-out, this project expands beyond the fireplace zone.

We designed:

• A central fireplace build-out with TV

• Extended side wall cladding using matching shiplap panels

• A continuous horizontal layout across the entire wall

This approach creates a large-scale media wall composition, not just a single feature.

Shiplap Panel Integration

The entire structure is finished with horizontal shiplap panels, including:

• Fireplace build-out

• Left and right wall sections

This creates:

• Clean visual flow

• Consistent texture across the space

• A modern coastal feel perfect for St. Petersburg homes

Fireplace Build-Out

The center section includes a linear electric fireplace, integrated into the wall structure.
