The project included full framing of the media wall structure, installation of horizontal shiplap panels, precision finishing, and professional spray painting. The electric fireplace and TV placement were integrated into the build-out for a balanced, centered layout.
Design & Materials
The client selected a classic shiplap design finished in a deep black tone. Smooth, evenly spaced horizontal boards create a strong architectural presence. A natural wood mantel adds warmth and contrast, balancing the dark finish and anchoring the fireplace visually.
Layout Notes
The wall was designed to frame the TV and fireplace without overwhelming the room. Clean trim lines and consistent spacing keep the structure proportional to the ceiling height and surrounding windows.
